Delete app from Mac mini
How do I delete a apple app from my new Mac Mini?

Drag the app from the Applications folder to the trash bin in the dock or drag it from Launchpad to the trash bin. Then Empty the trash.
This works for most applications, but will not work for apps included with and installed by macOS... like Safari, or Music or Mail.
