iPhone not saving png files

I seen an old thread for this somewhere but now I can’t find it.

Has anyone figured out why we can’t save png files to photos or how to fix the problem yet???

I so graphic design for a home based business and I really need this option to work for me or else I am going to lose my business! HELP?!
