Password after 15 min
What does the setting mean to require my password after 15 minutes when making purchases or downloading apps? And how can I just use my Face ID?

That setting means that when you make the first purchase, then the next purchases will not require a password/Face ID, if those purchases are made within15 minutes of the first one.
Open Settings ➔ Face ID & Passcode ➔ iTunes & App Store (Under Use Face ID For): Set this to ON.
