Assistive touch on watch series 3

Does the device support the function assistive touch with watch os8 ? There is no such item in the menu.

This feature is for watch SE and 6 only;

Use AssistiveTouch on Apple Watch (Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch Series 6 only)
