Call history

Hi , I would like to see a greater history of calls . At this point I see only on about 2 days ago . On other phones I could see on 2 - 3 months ago who called me. How could I solve the problem? Thanks

Your iPhone saves about 100 entries in the call history log. If you need more than that, then you will have to contact your carrier and obtain what you need.

Furthermore, if you want to suggest this feature to Apple then please leave feedback here ➔ Product Feedback - Apple

IF there is an immediate need to get your call history that does not appear in your iPhone's history, then you should contact your carrier because your carrier maintains the call history. Most carriers even display the call history on your account on their website.

I didn't understand well, who should I contact? And how ?

The company that provides your cellular service (your “carrier”; e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Tracfone, etc) maintains a log of all calls for at least 18 months. You can view the list by logging in to their customer portal or using their app (if they have one).
