Disable multi tasking gestures iOS15

How do i disable the iOS15 multi tasking gestures ? Its very annoying in games where it uses alot of touch. It was there in iOS 14. what about iOS 15 ?

Multitasking settings - previously accessed from iPadOS14 Home Screen & Dock Settings - are not present in iPadOS15.0. Multitasking features and gestures cannot be disabled.

How can i tell Apple or suggest to apple to add the settings back ? Its really annoying.

Adding photo above for the setting that i want to find in iOS15. it was in iOS14 now its gone. Its super irritating to play games on ipad no especially those that requires touch.
