We understand that you'd like to receive money via Apple Cash but you don't have a social security number. We do see that you've reviewed Apple Cash and person to person payments limits
According to the Apple Cash Terms and Conditions, a social security number is required in order to receive money via Apple Cash. You can review the details under section 2 "Required Personal Information".
