Apple Watch face turns orange

I was working out in the gym and afterwards the entire face on my Apple Watch 6 turned orange. It would go back to normal if I took it off my wrist, but would go back to orange when I put it back on. I left it off for a few minutes and it now seems to be back to normal. Any ideas?
