Why do some of the apps on my new iPad say waiting but never load?

Not sure why this is happening.

Did you set up a payment method in Settings for all of the online Apple Stores?

What is the rated, internal data storage space/capacity of your iPad model and how much of this free, internal data storage capacity is left inside of your iPad model?
