Why can't I pay my apple card with Paypal?

Hello. Paying your Apple Card balance with PayPal is not supported. You will need to add a bank account that you can use to make payments for your Apple Card. For more information regarding this, please see the article here.

For the same reason you can't us PayPal to pay off any other credit card.
