That depends on the macOS version you are running.
If running macOS Mojave 10.14 or earlier then iTunes 12.9.5 is the iTunes version you get on it.
If you are running macOS 10.15 Catalina or 11 Big Sur, then there is no iTunes version for that. You can use the TV App, Music App and Finder for all features previously found in iTunes.
