I recently bought the new iPhone 13 and I was going to send my iPhone XR as a trade-in but when I received my phone there was no return kit sent to me. and I never received shipping labels to print off to send. What is the next step I'm supposed to take

If it's been a week I would contact Apple Sales support at 1-800-MY-APPLE and see if they can help.
My return kit arrived a couple of days after my new device. The ship the return kit at about the same time but it ships by a slower shipping method and from a different location.
gives me a little more hope but I received my phone technically a week ago. and if I don't send my phone to apple my rates will go up for paying for the phone
