When does 14 day period to return old device for trade in begin? On day new one picked up at store?

For the USA "You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it." The return terms may be different in some countries.

- Don't miss the FAQ at the very bottom.
- Start a trade-in by clicking on a device in the section "Select your device to get a trade-in estimate" - Smartphone, Tablet, Computer, Watch, Other devices (recycle only)
- The newest models may not be listed as eligible for trade-in. Contact Apple if you want to double-check. It you cannot simply return the device to Apple within the refund period (not available in all countries), you may need to see if you can sell your device as used.
