Is it normal to have 99% of battery health after 7 months of buying a new iPhone 12 Pro max?I found out that I have lost 1% after 7 months.

Your Battery Health is excellent! Battery Health is an inexact figure that varies with usage. All batteries degrade with time. You need not worry until it reaches 80%, at which time you will need to make an appointment at the nearest apple Store for a Battery Replacement. Check this link for tips...

That is an EXCELLENT check and resiult of battery health. 1% in 7 months is very good. As you may know, cell phone batteries are consumable products. As time elapses, the battery health will degrade whether you use the iPhone or not. The battery health may drop another few percentage points in the next few months when iOS recalibrates again. This is all normal. Apple recommends that you replace the battery when battery health reaches 80% or lower, This normally takes about 2 years+ to happen.
