My old phone.

hi...

in 2019 i had an Iphone it was 6S and then it has been broken by an accident and then i didn't touch it for 2 years (until now) because i bought an Iphone X, when i was working with my 6S before it been broken i have a pro app (private photo vault pro) it worked properly but now i have some issue with it !

because i updated my phone from ios 11 (I think) to 15 it says the app needs to be updated since that apple id which i bought the app from it, it was not mine (not my apple id) and now it has been disabled.

so how can i get my data inside the app please...? I can pay or whatever that getting back the data to me.

if u do something good to me, I'll appreciate that

Hi DylanNawzad,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! From our understanding you are not able to launch the app because an updated is needed, is that right? Since it is a third-party app, Apple wouldn't have a way to get you back into the app. You would need to reach out to the app developer for possible assistance.

How to contact an app developer

As for the Apple ID, if you have contact with the original owner, they may be able to address the Apple ID being disabled by following the steps here: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled.
