I believe Apple does not support downgrading to an earlier version of iOS. Try contacting the manufacturer of the keyboard; or check your device settings if you're having issues with the keyboard.

You don't as Apple has NO procedures or provisions for device OS downgrading/reversion.

What brand of external keyboard are you using. Is this a wireless, Bluetooth keyboard?
If you do your own Internet search, you may find the needed procedures you need to attempt an iOS/iPadOS downgrade.
Be advised, if you do not, already, have backups of the data on this iPad or have never made any data/device backups of this iPad, online procedures are tedious and involved and, usually, will require that the iPad be completely erased to restore to a previous iOS/iPadOS version.
Without any recent iPad data backups, you WILL permanently lose all data on that iPad when you find and attempt these iOS/iPadOS downgrading procedures.
