A while back I was scammed on my Apple Pay account for a good amount of money and since then I have gotten a refund for the said amount. I recently got a balance adjustment which I’m not sure what to do with or why it occurred. So what do I do?

If this appears to be the adjustment made from the unauthorized charge, there would be nothing left for you to do. You should be able to use your account with Apple Pay as expected.
