How I manage subscription on my iCloud, because it seems my iCloud renew not updated information, I want to try change but can't, why this happen?

Contact Apple Support
If making this change on your own is unsuccessful, then contact Apple Support. They’ll see this from their side and will rum you through the fix. If necessary, perform a screensharing session, so they can see this from your perspective.
