Wrong device spec tied with the imei

My Iphone se 2 has 256gb internal storage and I called apple to get my device spec and you guys said my iphone has 64. You guys put me in trouble cause of that! I changed my iphone in a store and they gave me an iphone se 64gb saying that my old iphone was a 64gb too, but it wasn’t. I need you guys to solve it and put correct info about my iphone so I can get back a corrct device.
