how can i claim for my phone

Hi Dear,

I lost my phone recently and need to know how to file a claim, because when i go through my apple ID, my device does not appear.

Please help me with this.

Apple Care+:- file a claim for your lost or stolen iPhone. (If you had "Find My" enabled)
