I am using iPhone 13 with iOS 15 I recently noticed that while doing facetime if I take photos it is not saving on device. I do not know if it is saving or not as I am not able to view on photos or on files.
please help.

I guess you did not understood my qu. fYI I am using iPhone 13 with iOS 15 and my device does not save facetime photos. I think it’s a bug. I want to know if someone else also sharing same problem.

To save FaceTime Live Photos, all participants need iOS 12.1.4 or later, or iPadOS. Not all features of FaceTime Live Photos are available with earlier versions of iOS. FaceTime Live Photos doesn’t work with iOS 11.
I’m having the same problem between iPhone 13 and XS Max. Both running iOS 15.2. Tried turn off/restart/turn on FaceTime photos, tried turn off/turn on FaceTime. Updated from 15.1 to 15.2. Nothing fixes it.
I have the same problem! iOS 15 on an iphone 12 mini.
I tried a restart but the problem persists. Has anyone found a solution?

Oh! I am not the only one then, definitely it is a bug.
Solution- A restart was able to fix it, i didn't faced same problem yet.

For me my iPhone 13 is working fine now after restart. If your device still have same problem this means bug is still there. Hope you get the resolution soon.

You can try to record your screen and take your FaceTime photos. Sometimes it works.
