Adobe Illustrator (and Photoshop) on ipad 9th 2021?

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop runs on the new Ipad 9th 2021 or there is a light version for it.

If not, would it be possible to open Adobe files as .ai or .psd on this Ipad?
