I don’t know what happened, but my Siri Remote is working only connected to the lightning cable. I’ve already charged and did all the troubleshooting suggested my till now it is not working. Can someone help me?

I already left more than 24 hours charging
No more than 3 hours should be needed.
If there are issues with (only) the remote battery, then Apple has a “battery service” for that. I expect that it will often come to replacement, but the service is either covered by warranty or half price of regular replacement.

After try is last update it doesn’t show the battery levels anymore. I already left more than 24 hours charging and it still with the same issue. It is always charged with the cable that came with it
