iPhone 7 overheats when mobile data is turned on

Why is my iPhone 7 plain get so fast overheating when turned on mobile data, what the reason?

iPhone overheating when connect to the wi-fi connection. When connecting to the wi-fi or take a call my phone is overheating and automatically gives an alert. Not the battery, around the area nearby the camera. For normal mobile data (use any social media or emails), no problem happens..🤦🏻🤦🏻 Moreover can't take a WhatsApp call using mobile data. Then I can't use the phone. The software version is 14.7.1.
