I buy extra storage I currently buy 50, and only have 30 on both iPhone 13 and iPad, yet I’m not able to upload the software to 15 iOS why

Why am I unable to upload software iOS 15 on my iPad when I have only 30 gig or a 50 gig between the two devices? This is very frustrating

iPad Pro, iPadOS 14

Your iCloud space is irrelevant to installing an iOS update.

You should verify the space available on your device before attempting to download iOS 15. It's likely that you do not have enough space available to install the OS.
