Trying to cancel Audible subscription. It does not show up but I'm being charged for it. Please help.

We see you're seeking help with cancelling a subscription, and we can help to get that headed in the right direction.


As you noted not seeing Audible in your subscriptions list, this may indicate that you're being billed through the provider of that app, rather than through Apple.

This page has a note on that in the "If the subscription isn't billed through Apple" section: If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed

To see if that may be the case, you may wish to check out this link we located from the provider's site: How can I cancel my membership?


The first link above will also have other things to check on in regards to the subscription not showing up, such as if a family member in a Family Sharing group signed up for it, or if you happen to have more than one Apple ID, etc.


If that doesn't help to explain things either, you may try reaching out directly to Apple Support's billing specialists: Get Support
