Can I trade an ipad in at the local store or is it mail in only?

Can you trade in an ipad at the local store? also can you trade in two ipads to count against 1 purchase? I have two ipads I want to put against an ipad pro model

Yes. Devices eligible for Trade-in can be processed at an Apple Store. Devices are individually assessed; where accepted, you will receive instant in-store credit against a product of your choice - or will receive an Apple Gift Card to spend against a future purchase.
