App Library
I wonder why the App Library folders changes position every now and then. It’s very annoying. It would be better if it could be in that order you want for yourself. Now it’s locked but changes sometimes for no reason.

The App Library arranges apps in categories according to how they are categorized in the App Store and the developer. The App Library further arranges the apps according to your usage so that you can easily find most used apps etc. You are right that there is no manual control on the App Library.
