My iPhone 7+ is stuck in Apple logo after iOS 15.0.1 update

how can i fix my iphone 7+ upgrade to 15.0.1 then it stucks in apple logo i tried the free apps of reiboot but i can continue doing it cause it force me to buy without using their free system recovery reiboot don't help me at all unless i pay. what will be the other options? i can't access to itune..
