I want to buy an iPad Air. I read somewhere that students get free Airpods on purchase of iPad. I am based in India and I intend to buy it this week itself.
Is the the free Airpod offer gone?

Yes. Just found out now. Free Airpods was part of Back to School period (June 17, 2021 and ends on September 27, 2021) only in US. I am in India so anyways I am not eligible for that.

Unfortunately, It appears that they have stopped giving students free AirPods with a purchase of a new iPad.
