Persistent Approve iPhone notifications keep coming.

I cant seem to find a resolution for this online, searches just bring up items relating to fixing a problem on an iOS device, not on OSx itself.

I am receiving multiple approval notifications on my MacBook (OSX Big Sur) for an iPhone which I don't use now and I have removed that device from my Apple ID. Still I cannot get notifications to stop. Approve or Deny, sign out of iCloud does nothing either.

I don't use any iPhone now.

Can anyone help me to resolve this please?

This is really frustrating.

If not - the Two Factor Authorization Process is what is alerting you on the Apple Computer.
