Can I use my warranty in any country?
I bought this in Singapore and I am now in the Philippines

From my experience, Apple's One Year Limited Warranty can be used at any Apple authorized service, regardless of the country of purchase.
According to the conditions, "Apple may restrict warranty service for keyboard products to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device." which would apply to Macs only.
So if it's your iPad or iPhone, you should be able to use your warranty anywhere.
