Unknown error occurred when buying Robux for my kid

Tried with few method of payments, but still the same. I didn't try with the gift card because I am assuming the status will be the same.

I wanted to buy something with my giftcard but I got an error Hello, when I wanted to buy my friend discord nitro with my Apple giftcard, I got an weird error saying „we could not transact your purchase due to an unknown error.“ from apple. I also bought myself nitro before that and it worked completely fine, I also contacted discord because of this issue but it seems like they cannot solve the issue.
