my battery health goes from 100 to 98 in just 1 month what can i do know

That behavior is normal.

That approximate value measures the device battery capacity relative to when it was new." (so not related to when you bought your unidentified iPhone). See this support article: iPhone Battery and Performance, and start worrying when its value goes down below 82-80%
