Music was not able to locate any missing files

Apologies if this is a repeat thread however I haven't been able to locate any threads that provide any assistance.

Issue is this: I relocated iTunes from an external HD to the MacBook Pro HD. There's no issue with the updating of the iTunes library location; that's correct.

My issue is that songs in the library still have their path set to the old location; I've confirmed that by viewing the info on the tracks.

When I locate a tune through Music and take the option to find other files, I get the message that "Music was not able to locate any of xxxxx files."

For some reason, Music can't find the other files even though they are located in the same folder as the preceding track that was located.

Can anybody help me with how I can sort this out?
