Your iPhone 6s has 2GB of RAM. As far as the ROM goes, that is the total available storage on your iPhone 6s. ROM = Read Only Memory, however, in iPhone's terms, the user can edit this space except where the system files are stored. So, how much storage capacity does your iPhone 6s have? You will have to find out by opening Settings ➔ General ➔ About ➔ Capacity.
