iPhone No service

I have No Service on my phone. Checked SIM card and it work in another phone. But not my phone. Likewise another SIM card also doesn’t work. The Mobile Data screen in Settings is blank and I cannot turn on Mobile Data at all.

I have done the usual with restarting phone, resetting network settings and updating iOS. But all I seen do do is join WiFi.

Am I looking at an actual hardware problem at this point?
