my messages in the sms app are all together and if I click on an old one it is at the top although I have not written anything, I have reset the network settings and deactivated imessage nothing has changed, what do I have to do?

To clarify are your messages being shifted out of order? Did you recently restore the device from a backup? If you send or receive a new message does it place itself properly at the top? Are all of these SMS messages or iMessages?

Is the device still restoring? If so, you may want to wait for all of your data to repopulate and see if it sorts itself out. If it doesn't you can try restoring from a different backup if you have one available. Alternatively, you can attempt restoring from the backup again to see if your messages appear properly.

yes is from a backup, and yes all are sms or imessage.
I bought this on ebay and played the backup from my old iphone on it.
