My iPad Pro will not install the new update…I tried everything!

Do you get an error message when you try? If so, what does it say?

Do you have a configuration profile installed by work or school? To check, go to Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management. If so, you may need to reach out to the IT department for assistance.
