Replacement
I broke my phone and ordered express replacement because I had apple care. I wanna know if the replacement device I am receiving is used or refurbished.
The device you get from Apple will never have been own or used by another person and is manufactured for the purposes to act as a replacement device. It was never available for resale... if that helps.
