transfer selected data

hello, i am trying for quite some time to transfer selected games + progress from my husband's iphone to my son's new iphone.

i tried with icloud, but almost none of the games appear there.. same occurs in the "game center" (from 36 games he wants to move i only found 3 games!).

so how do i do it?
