I am getting charged 10.99 for Amazon music unlimited. I am a prime member and the price should be 7.99. How do I contact someone to adjust this. Thank you

Hi Joanne066,

Thanks for reaching out using Apple Support Communities. Here to help.

We understand you are inquiring about pricing for your Amazon Music subscription.

If this service is currently billed through Apple, but a different price is offered if you were to subscribe directly through Amazon, you will need to cancel your Apple subscription, then work with Amazon to sign up directly.

We see you came from the article, How to cancel a subscription from Apple. Were you able to locate and cancel the subscription? If so, you will not be charged again.

For support transitioning the billing for this service to Amazon, we would recommend getting in touch with them directly. We have linked their contact page below.

Hope this helps! Take care for now.
