We'd first recommend making sure you have one of the iPhone models listed on the page below. If you're using an older iPhone that is not on that list, your device is not compatible to iOS 15 and will not be able to install the update.

If you are using a compatible device and still having difficulties completing the update, can you give us some more information on what happens when you try to start it? Are you receiving any error messages? We'd suggest taking a look at the support article below and see if any of the suggested troubleshooting steps help resolve this.
