Polices may vary depending on where you purchased. Look at your receipt or website if it was somewhere other than Apple. Apple’s return policy is on their website and is 14 days and the item has to be in like-new condition (no cracks or damage of any kind).

If you bought iPad from Apple, you have 14 days to return for a full refund.
