After the recent iOS 15 update on my iPhone 11, all my incoming calls are getting forwarded. While I tried to check ‘Call forwarding’ settings, it’s just buffering and nothing shows up for me to disable it. Did anyone experience this issue?

Again, what options you have is determined by the carrier, so best you have a chat with them.
Force restart didn’t work. Call forwarding is a carrier feature but iPhone provides an option to enable or disable it. In my case, I’m unable to do that because of a buffering symbol on that feature. (Please refer the attachment)
