iPhone X, iOS 15
Under Settings - General - Keyboard - Text Replacement - "+" - Phrase [insert] 20 - Shortcut [insert] 20
Creating a text replacement so that when I type in 20 it triggers shortcut to "20" resolved the autocorrect from 20 to 2.0.
A fix is coming soon.
I use TC 2.0 as well, and can’t just delete it. Hope that Apple fixes this soon. So annoying!
Deleting the app that causing me the grief isn’t a solution - it’s a work app - I kinda need it
Thank You!!!
That only fixes it temporarily. After the first couple times it's back to 2.0 - atleast for my phone
I cannot delete the App with 2.0 in it so this was a lifesaver work around! After MONTHS of frustration- I am finally able to stop typing twenty 🙏🏻 Thank you!
There is an official fix coming.
Hahaha...I laughed out so hard at this!!! I am gonna do this too, 911 approaching in 19+1 minutes. rofl.
Yeeeeesss - that finally fixed the issue for me as I couldn't delete the application with 3.0 in it and every time I typed a time including 30 it "corrected" it. Thank you!
That! Adding space after 20 in the phrase portion works! Thank you so much!
Apple definitely needs to get its act together. The OS across devices is becoming buggier by the day.
The suggestion of creating a keyboard shortcut worked for me. Thanks. This was annoying and shouldn't be the default behavior. I didn't bother trying to find the app with the 2.0 in its name.
It worked for me.
I had to turn phone and then back on after doing this but it worked. Thanks!
NOTE: I have put the shortcuts in, still does not work. I have deleted the apps and restarted, still does not work.
Deleting the app and restarting the phone should NOT be the solution here. Get real Apple.
