Has anyone else noticed a sudden decrease in the battery health of iPhone 11 Pro max? My battery decreased from 100 percent to 97 and now 95 all of a sudden.

Battery health once deteriorated cannot be brought back to its original status.
I’m on the 12 pro max and since updating to 15.1 mine is having the exact same issue.
Has anyone noticed a sudden decrease in battery percentage of iPhone 11 Pro Max? Also, is there a way to increase battery health?
