When I competed my daily goal a fire ring animation not popping?

When I competed my daily goal a fire ring animation color corresponding to the activity completed would appear on the face of apple watch. For example, if the ‘stand’ goal was met, a blue fire ring would appear. I don’t know if the latest update has anything to do with it.
