Ever since I updated my iPhone 12 Pro to iOS 15, the headphone volume control has not been working. I can increase the volume on the phone, but the buttons on the headphones will not work. They are authentic Apple headphones. My portrait orientation is also not locked. Is anyone else having this issue? And if so, does anyone have a fix?

Can you test a different set of EarPods with your iPhone or test your EarPods with a different iPhone? We ask because that will help identify where the issue lies.
