Why i can't cancel my apple music subscription

I need to change payment method, when i want to choose Country/Region from Vietnam to Russia. i have message " i must cancel apple music subscription" i did, but they ask me again. And is look like Apple music subscription still active.

Subscriptions I have cancelled all of my subscriptions as i am wanting to change the country/region setting. I read the information and it said that after you cancel all of you subscriptions you are able to change the country/region. I can't seem to do this, when i try i get a message saying "cancel you apple music subscription" which i have done. Any idea what i should do now?

It’s shows that it’s canceled. Go ahead and change country.
